The brief was to create a visual concept (including a lookbook and a promotion film) for Fashion Collaboration – a recurring course at Beckmans in which the fashion students collaborate with and interpret specific fashion brands. This year, the fashion brands they interpreted were all working within sports and leisurewear. That is why we came up with the idea of showing the similarities between fashion and sports – although they might seem like two completely different worlds, they share the same competitive mentality.

Folder


The folder is a plastic collector’s card holder, complete with a card for each fashion collection. On the back of each card the designer’s contact information is printed. In this way, the card serves both as a teaser for the digital lookbook and as a business card for the fashion designer.
